About the authorUrsa Rae works at the intersection of data, nervous system safety, and embodied change.
She is Head of Media Research with a background in market research, holds a Master’s degree in Statistics, and is a licensed NLP Practitioner and Master (certified under Richard Bandler), as well as a Reiki Master.
Her work is guided by a clear vision: a synthesis of body, mind, and inner life — where analytical understanding and embodied practice support the same outcome: calm, clarity, and self-respect.
She also practices tribal fusion belly dance, grounding theory in lived, physical experience.
