About the creator


Soft Power was created by Ursa Rae after years of working with performance, leadership, and human behaviour — and witnessing how capable women, over time, quietly disappear inside their own lives.

Ursa Rae is a behavioural researcher (MSc in Statistics), NLP Master Practitioner, and Reiki Master trained at the School of Reiki & Natural Health Therapy.
